On Monday, I probably worked out too hard. My inner thighs definitely think so. And no, not for that reason. I'm referring to working out in a gym.

So on Wednesday, I was really sore. Two days after is always when I'm sorest.

And I need to remember: when I'm really sore, I'm probably genuinely injured, which means I should *not* spend a lot of time in a hot tub. Ow ow ow... My legs aren't happy with me right now.
